AI colleagues, with the rules you set
Give agents roles, such as a secretary, an order desk or a bookkeeper. Each role has a card that says what it may do, what never, and who checks its work.
The studio runs the organisation and keeps the record. What only a person may decide waits for you, with a recommendation.
How it works
-
Roles with a card
Every AI colleague has a role card: its goal, what it may do, what it never does, who reviews it and when it stops. A card is usable only when it is complete, and every call an agent makes is checked against its card before it runs.
Roles

-
Work as cards, reviewed by another role
Work is a card on a board: a role does it, another role checks it, and only then is it done. What does not pass goes back, or into quarantine. The reviewer is never the role itself.

Decisions that belong to a person
When a role needs a person, the question comes with the options, a recommendation and the reason, and with the safe outcome if nobody answers in time. The questions are bundled in a daily window you choose, in Today.
A decision

-
A record you can trust
Every change is a record in the organisation's log, which is only ever added to and hash-chained: you see where it was touched. Each colleague also keeps a life record of its tasks, outcomes and the moments a person stepped in.
Supervision that holds without you
- Stop at any levelOne executor, one role, one card, or everything at once. Only a person lifts a stop.
- Lighter modesDown to a lighter mode at once; up again one step at a time, and only by a person.
- A budget per roleEach role has a daily token budget, and the studio shows what it used.
- Social controlA role whose messages irritate people goes down a ladder by itself: more control, then proposals only.
- A review per roleOnce a week a role looks back and proposes one change to its own card. The card changes only on your yes.
