Wantzel Studio
Fast

Short loops, so agents get it right sooner

An agent rarely writes a program right the first time. What counts is how fast it hears what is wrong. In the studio the compiler answers in milliseconds, with a message an agent can act on.

What comes out is a native program: small, quick to start, and nothing to install next to it.

try, read, fix, many times a minute

Where the speed comes from

  1. A compiler that answers in milliseconds

The compiler compiles its own 7,200 lines in about 9 ms. An agent that changes a program hears straight away whether it is right, and if not, exactly where and why.

  2. Strict and plain-spoken

The language allows one way to write each thing and refuses what is unclear, with an error that says what to do. That is what lets an agent correct itself without asking you.

  3. Native programs, nothing beside them

A program compiles to a native Linux program: no runtime, no virtual machine and no packages to install. It starts at once and stays small.

  4. A light studio on its own hardware

The studio itself is written in the same language and runs in a few tens of megabytes of memory. Each organisation has its own environment on a dedicated server, bare metal, in Germany (EU).
