Checking invoices against order and receipt

Every invoice is laid next to its order and goods receipt. A changed bank account is caught and goes to a person.

An invoice with a changed bank account next to its order and goods receipt
  1. Checking invoices against order and receipt

    • Lays each invoice next to its purchase order and goods receipt.
    • Finds a price that moved, more invoiced than received, a duplicate and an invoice without an order.
    • Holds an invoice whose bank account differs from the supplier register until a person has called the supplier back.
    • Pays and books nothing: a person decides.
The list of invoices: 36 checked, 20 match, 16 need a person, with an alert for a changed bank account on top.
Thirty-six invented invoices: 20 match, 16 need a person, the changed bank account on top.
One invoice with the purchase order, the goods receipt, the invoice and the bank account side by side, the invoice account marked in red.
The bank account on the invoice is not the one in the register, so a person calls the supplier back first.
