Example in Wantzel Studio

A booking system for a small business

A hairdresser, physiotherapist, installer or coach gets a calendar widget for the own website, appointments over WhatsApp and a screen for the owner. All three share one diary, so a time booked in one place is gone in the other two. It is one Wantzel program of about 1,500 lines plus a few plain pages; the example business, Kapsalon De Schaar, is made up.

Appointments over WhatsApp

  1. Appointments over WhatsApp

A customer writes to the business's number and makes an appointment, without anyone answering.

    • Lists the free times, books, moves and cancels.
    • Refuses times that are closed, taken or too far ahead.
    • Sends a reminder the evening before.
